Head of Change. DESCRIPTION. We have partnered with a leading wealth management provider based in Dublin City Centre who are currently have a new and exciting opportunity as Head of Change. Key Responsibilities: Establish an effective Change Management function. Create, implement and maintain a 5-year Change Plan. Assessing the extent of change management required and facilitate decision making on capacity, prioritisation and investment. Build a direct team with a wider resource pool which will deliver the Change. Management/Programme Management required by the business over the plan period. Work closely with the business leaders and the IT & Projects Steering to agree short term and medium term projects and resourcing. Your team will take direct responsibility for nominated projects - specifically any project which is complex, large or critical. This will cover both programme management and change management roles: Change Management responsibilities include impact analysis, design authority and go-live assurance. Programme Management responsibilities include project ownership, co-ordination, liaison with sponsors and communication. Responsible for internal communications around business change. Take ownership of and manage the financial budgets for your programmes. Ensure regulation, compliance, control and risk management are fully incorporated into all design and implementation projects. REQUIREMENTS. A proven leader in Change Management with the strong personal qualities required to become the focal point for change in a dynamic and diverse organisation. 4-5 years Change Management and Programme Management experience including the management of IT based change programmes. During planning and prioritisation, the candidate will have the confidence and experience to provide early estimates of project size and risk. During projects, the candidate will have the clarity and communication skills to identify problems and highlight issues for early resolution. It is important to communicate well to stakeholders and the wider management group. This should include experience of regular briefing documents and status reports.
