Architect / Design Manager – Property Developer. Dublin City €Neg + Bonus + Package. ICDS Group are continuing our recruitment partnership with one of Ireland's largest property developers who are seeking an experienced Property Architect to join their talented team in Dublin city centre. In this office and site-based role you will lead development design and provide technical solutions for cutting edge, high density apartment and commercial schemes across Dublin. Requirements Degree in Architecture or similar. RIAI / RIBA membership. 7+ years Architectural / Design Management experience. Strong large scale commercial and apartment experience. Experience managing challenging contractors and design teams on complex projects. High rise apartment development experience is desirable.
