Marketing Manager: UK & Ireland (Consumer Goods. Responsibilities : Marketing Manager. Manage Global /Irish and UK Brand Strategies, continually developing recommendations that improve brand positioning & identity. Work with local marketing team and distributors to manage the rollout and implementation of brand positioning. Ensure Brand Consistency - including advertising and all other internal and external communications. Creating a strong working relationship with Product Development Teams, providing consumer insights and sharing marketing plans. Manage the Launch Plans for successful roll out of New Products monitoring performance and tracking sales activities. Manage Marketing Budget to optimise company marketing spend. Working closely with digital marketing colleagues and managed Projects including; consumer insight research, analysing in-market performance data and competitor analysis to identify opportunities that maximise company growth. Managing the tracking of Marketing Performance and identify opportunities for growth and reporting results to the business. Requirements : Marketing Manager: Consumer Goods. Marketing Manager with 3-5 yrs. 360 marketing management experience TV, Print and Advertising. Ideally Experienced in Trade Marketing and dealing with retailers.
