GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER. A Global Marketing Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway based client for a maternity contract. Previous expereince in a similar role and a proven track record of designing, communicating and implementing multi-channel marketing plans is a prerequisite for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to gain invaluable expereince in a well-established organization. THE ROLE: * Manage Global /Irish and UK Brand Strategies, continually developing recommendations that improve brand positioning & identity. * Creating a strong working relationship with Product Development Teams, providing consumer insights and sharing marketing plans. * Manage Marketing Budget to optimise company marketing spend. * Work with local marketing team and distributors to manage the rollout and implementation of brand positioning. * Manage the Launch Plans for successful roll out of New Products monitoring performance and tracking sales activities. * Working closely with your digital marketing colleagues to communicate seamlessly to customers to deliver a strong ROI. * Managing the tracking of Marketing Performance and identify opportunities for growth and reporting results to the business. REQUIRMENTS: * Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role with 360 marketing management experience TV, Print and Advertising. * Experience in trade Marketing and dealing with retailers desirable. * Proven track record as a leader with the abilty to motivate a team. * Agency management and Project management experience with strong Commercial/sales capabilities.
