Site Supervisor/Engineer, Job Ref. JO3401. Donegal (Letterkenny and surrounding areas. Perm. Competitive Salary. Our client is a well-known Contracting and Engineering company based in Northern Ireland with business interests across both N.I and R.O.I. An opportunity has recently become available for an experienced SITE SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER. Responsibilities: To fully manage water/wastewater/utilities projects from contract award to completion on site in Donegal. Oversee day to day operations; Devise and implement site policies and procedures; Conduct regular inspections; Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; Supervise and evaluate staff; Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments; Handle sensitive information with confidentiality; Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs); Communicate with customers. What we are looking for: Ideal candidates shall hold a 3rd level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar discipline and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the supervision of utility/civil engineering projects; You will be experienced in liaising with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, statutory bodies and the public and hold a current Safe Pass/ CSR Card, and full clean drivers’ licence; You should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
