JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Background: Fusion of visual cognition technology with business process work flow automation.  Development and integration of visual cognition decision engines to control the operational work flow of the automated business process.   Research Summary: The objective of this work is … •Development and integration of visual cognition decision engines into commercial business process automation software executing automated quality assurance and closeout reporting from photo data evaluation.   •Development and integration of visual cognition detection engines into commercial business process automation software executing automated anomaly detection from evaluation of streaming video. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Essential attributes: Honours undergraduate (level 8) degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a field related to the project, such as computer science engineering. We are seeking persons with experience in JAVA, SQL, C, and scripting languages with good interpersonal skills.  Experience with ML stacks and GPU sw/hw a plus. SFI PhD Stipend of €18,500 tax free per annum, EU tuition fees covered up to €5,500 p.a., non-EU students may have to pay balance of full fees.
