We are currently seeking a Duty Manager for a very well established Hotel in Waterford.  The Role:  Take responsibility for day to day organisation. Dealing with enquiries for incoming functions. Managing functions/events. Managing the restaurant functions on an operational level. The Person:  1-2 years previous experience in similar role within the hotel industry. A proven track record of delivering high professional standards. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work alone or as part of a team. A positive attitude and outgoing personality.
