Our client are looking to recruit a  Food / Catering Production Manager  for their facility based in Wexford. The role: Responsible for the innovation of new products and the developing of the company brand. Oversee the running of Food Production operations. Manage all employee’s perfomances, training and development and rosters. Complete costings for all produce and review of all existing lines. Ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to. Liaise with departments across all stores to ensure on time delivery. Develop and maximise growth in sales. The ideal candidate  Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role with strong exposure to fresh food management. Must have experience in achieving sales targets and KPI’s. Must have experience with HACCP, food safety requirements and ordering and managing waste within a fresh food department. Must have a true passion for the food industry and be creative and innovative.
