Senior Chef de Partie, Job Ref. JO3391. East/South Donegal. Permanent role, Full-time hours. Excellent Competitive Salary DOE. Our client is a reputable Hotel located in East/South Donegal. They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to work in a busy 4* Hotel kitchen. This hotel operates all year round and has a busy Wedding, Functions, café bar and restaurant trade. Role Profile: Reporting to the Head Chef, suitable candidates must be able to prepare, cook and present all dishes and sauces to a high quality and consistent standard. Responsibilities: As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: Preparation and cooking of food; Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy; Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times; Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and hospitality. What we are looking for: Candidate must have 2+ years in a similar position; Strong organisational skills; Present dishes in a timely manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
