Our client are looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator for a permanent role based in Wexford. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain    The Role  Ensure vehicle downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. Organize CVRT Testing. Manage high volumes of telephone and email. Authorise repairs, issuing approval and agreeing costs  Updating databases. Communicate with vendors/service providers to determine faults/issues. Produce management reports. Maintain services of garage equipment. Analyse current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement. Ensure that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment  Any ADHOC duties as they arise    The Person. Previous experience managing an automotive workshop would be an advantage. Strong organisational and communication skills. Strong IT skills. Experience in a logistics industry would be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential.
