A Part Time HR Business Partner is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based client. THE ROLE: * Provide support for implementing HR Processes and Tools. * Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR issues. * Conduct and coordinate training programs for all employees. * Maintain employee records and comply with reporting as required by law. * Develops, maintains and monitors HR policies and procedures. * Assists facility health and safety programs. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR related role. * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous. * Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent. * CIPD qualified advantageous. * Competent IT, analytical and budget skills. * Excellent interpersonal, organisation and diplomatic skills.
