Fantastic opportunity for a Scientist (LC-MS) to join a Pharmaceutical Chemistry team in Dungarvan Co Waterford. This Scientist job is to support the expansion of LC-MS as a service offering within the department. The company currently perform large and small molecule analysis using a QTOF instrument and will be extending their analytical capabilities with a single quadruple instrument this year. The Job. The purpose of this Scientist LC-MS job is to perform scientific analysis on pharmaceutical finished products and produce accurate results within an acceptable time frame using company procedures and also to be responsible for completion of more technically challenging analysis, including method development, transfer, and validation. You will also work to develop any ancillary procedures associated with the methods and technical systems used; ensuring samples are completed within their required specifications. Requirements. * At least 5 year's experience in a GMP laboratory is desirable but consideration will be given to post graduate applicants that have previous experience with LC-MS. * BSc in Chemistry or life science. * Experience in using Agilent MassHunter software and Agilent QTOF and single quadrupole instruments.
