Customer Service Advisor - D11. Customer Service Advisor - D11. We are recruiting a Sales Advisor Generalist to work for a Packaging/Paper/Office supplies company based in the Dublin 11 area, Finglas. The Purpose of this role is to develop sales of products and servies to mainly stock customers through inbound calls and complete of administrative tasks to support customer satisfaction. Previous industry experience would be preferable. Duties & Responsibilities: Process stock and indent customer orders ( by telephone, fax and email mostly) directly onto system and update CRM system after each call. Interact and trade with suppliers for Indent orders by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs. Respond to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples. Use CRM to plan follow up customer contact in order to progress enquiry into sale. Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues by liaising with logistics and credit control to maintain effective customer relationships. Promote the use of e-business systems and processes to customers to increase on line sales activity. Gather and maintain information on customers business and enter into the CRM system to provide accurate information across all sales channels. Maximise customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services, mix of customer products. Identify business opportunities and understand customer needs to generate further sales. Updating customer price lists, issuing credit noties, creating customer accounts. Requirements: Previous experience working in a paper, office supplies, stationery company would be benefical. Min 2-3yrs experience working in an Inside Sales/Customer Order processing role is preferable. Team Player. Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
