The Role: This role will involve all aspects of overseeing and leading a portfolio of client accounts. Responsible for ensuring clients receive the quality of service that Vistatec aspires to and driving high quality, efficiency and profitability throughout the group. The role requires a high level of customer interaction both directly and through a strong partnership with sales. Responsibilities: • Coordination and ownership of accounts. • Responsibility for Ontime deliveries, quality and budgets in addition to customer satisfaction. • Effective communication at all levels – Internal, external and customer. • Drive continuous process improvement, establish standards of excellence and process efficiency within your accounts. • Proactive risk assessment planning. • Continuous monitoring and refinement of activities. • Strong financial understanding and process control. • Business Review input and participation. • Working within the required tools, and obtaining the Tool knowledge if this is new to you. • Effective Query and escalation handling. • Leading meetings. • Support and onboard new team members. • Manage the provision of business intelligence, quality & productivity metrics customized to customers’ needs. Requirements: • Extensive localization knowledge 5+years. • Experience developing relationships with customers. • Strong written/verbal business communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Problem solver. • Good knowledge of standard CAT packages. • Ambitious and with a desire to learn and progress. • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. • Solid understanding of how quality management feeds into client satisfaction and delivery targets. • Solid understanding of quality in the context of business needs.
