My client, a well-established Law Firm in Douglas is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their team. This is an 11 month maternity contract. Working hours: Mon-Thurs: 9am-5:50pm and Friday 9am-5pm. What you will be doing: Office Management duties including Front of House management and ordering of supplies. Ensure diary management, correspondence for phone calls and email queries. Manage outlook invites for meetings and conference calls. Arrange travel and itineraries, expenses for the Partner. Ensure binding and preparations of presentations for meetings and manage photocopying, faxing and scanning processes. Manage document production including the creation, edit and amendment of documents. Prepare prebills, liaise with clients regarding invoices and billing queries. Support with various Legal administrative tasks as required. The successful candidate: Strong office administration experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Ability to build relationships with clients.
