Receptionist/Administrator, Dublin 2 (Grand Canal area. Salary: €25-30K. Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Our client, a small but professional office environment is seeking to hire a Receptionist/Administator to support the office. The role will involve working within an office team of c.12 staff, answering phones and supporting with typing and day to day administative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 40-45wpm typing skills and be comfortable using Ms Word and Outlook. Dictaphone/Audio typing skills an advantage, but, not essential. Duties: Answering incoming calls, screen calls, taking and pass on messages. Meeting and greet visitors and clients arriving to the office. Dealing with daily registered post. Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies. Organising meetings for the Director. Preparing meeting room and organising refreshments for client meetings. Screening calls and email for Director and Office Manager. Supporting ad hoc Dictaphone & copy typing of letters, email, memos etc. Administrative support to the Office Manager.
