We are recruiting a part time Office Administrator to work in a sales office in Blackrock, Co Dublin. This is a 4mth contract initially- 4hrs per day /16hrs per week, hours can be 10am-2pm or 9.30am - 1.30pm neg. Your duties working in a small team will be: Answering phones. Taking orders and processing. Managing logistics of goods. Dealing with suppliers. Following up on orders for customers. Invoicing, general accounts admin duties if required (back up to accounts person. Customer Service. Requirements: Must have min 5yrs experience working in an office environment, preferable with some experience processing orders and customer service. Some previous accounting experience.
