Description

Warehouse Stock Co-Ordinator. • Responsible for Goods in Queries, Management and Flow. • Full responsibility for Inter Branch Transfers. • Managing short dated, quarantined and obsolete stock. • Investigate stock level discrepancies, corrections and shrinkage. • Monitor, check and follow up Picking, Check off & Put Away errors. • Manage all Annual and Cyclical Stocktakes. • Liaise with Branches and Suppliers on all Faulty, Damages, Recalls and. & General Stock Returns. • Oversee Stock Bin Management to ensure Picking Efficiency. • Responsible for all Goods Out Collections. • Assist with Efficient Route planning for Deliveries. • Manage all stock related compliance requirements. Requirements: • Capable of working without close supervision as well as a member of a team. • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage a multitasking environment. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation skills. • Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail essential. • A team player eager to learn and develop and work outside the role when required. • Min 1 years’ experience in a Supply Chain or Stock Control role. • A third level qualification; preferably in Business would be advantageous but not essential. • Must be proficient in MS Office software - Word, Excel. • Willing to learn and show initiative. • Capable of working on own initiative and proactively as part of a team. • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
