Maintenance Electrician. Role Location: Cavan. Role type: Permanent. Rents too high in Dublin? Looking for a role in a solid manufacturing company? Are you looking to expand upon your maintenance electrical experience. Do you have at least one year post qualification in an industrial or manufacturing environment? Good rate and benefits package on offer with this role. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to plan layout, install, repair or replace wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment. Support and Maintain Preventive Maintenance Routines on machines & equipment. Advise & Support production team in maximising plant efficiency's. Identify & resolve recurring downtime/inefficient operational issues. Work varied shift pattern and call out rotated monthly. Adhere to Safety, Emergency and ISO & IPC Procedures. Carry out any reasonable duties as required by the Industrial and Maintenance Manager. The successful candidates must: Electrical Trade Qualification with a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment. Have experience of electrical fault finding and a proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair. A solid understanding of electrical industrial equipment and machinery. Knowledge of PM Software. Strong communication skills. Self motivated, works well on own initiative, requires minimal supervision. Proven flexibility and a proactive attitude.
