Commercial Wholesale Manager - Mobile. I have a great new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Wholesale Manager for mobile . The Commercial Manager is a key member of the team & responsible for mgt of the wholesale function of the company & the delivery of the annual Wholesale P&L. This role provides an exciting, fast paced & challenging career opportunity for an experienced mobile telecos leader. You must have demonstrated an ability to manage & communicate effectively at all levels, including senior mgt. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES. * Be responsible for the delivery of the Wholesale P&L (Interconnect / RAN / Roaming etc. * Highlight & implement correction action for any deviation to financial budgets as required. * Mgt of 3rd party wholesale relationships. * Manage all wholesale related products & services, domestic, roaming, Interconnect. * Develop & implement strategic plans that make the most of existing assets & to continue to deliver growth. * Proactively monitor & assess industry, competitor, & regulatory trends to ensure operational capabilities optimally position the company to compete & respond to change. * Contribute to the development of new products & services for their customers. * Capacity Mgt & business forecasting. * Support the wider business with the implementation of projects, products & services. EXPERIENCE. * 5 years' experience in the mobile telecoms Industry. * Excellent comm. skills, & the ability to lead wholesale strategy as a key voice in the business. * Strong relationship skills interacting & managing internal, cross-functiona, global teams. * Vendor mgt & proven results in driving performance. * Outsourcing mgt & contract negotiation experience essential. * Passion for mobile industry trends, & the drive & initiative to bring in new ideas to help shape strategy.
