My client, a specialist mortgage provider in Dublin 4 are seeking an experienced Mortgage Resolution Executive. As a Senior Mortgage Executive, you will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in arrears. Other Key Responsibilities include: Contacting arrears customers to discuss resolution solutions. Completion of Standard Financial Statements with Borrowers. Carrying out assessments of customers’ financial profiles. Maintaining excellent relationships with third parties , including MABS and mediators. Suitable applicants for the role will have at least 2 years experience in mortgage arrears ideally but clients will look at banking candidates who are pursuing an APA qualification.
