Role: IT Support Analyst. Salary: up to € 41K p/a bonus relocation package on offer. Benefits: holiday pay, healthcare, pension, sport and social, free snacks and drinks. Location: Dublin South. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Perform user administration duties. Provide basic IT training to non-IT personnel as and when required to increase self-reliance within the business. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Min 2 years hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required. Good understanding of ITIL. Experience working with as VDI, Asterisk PBX and Microsoft Windows 10. Good working knowledge of various hardware, software & Microsoft operating systems. Fluent English with strong communication skills. Strong organisational skills. Good troubleshooting experience. Ability to solve problems and make decisions. A positive and strategic thinker.
