We are recruiting a full-time Deli Assistant on behalf our client, based in Clifden, Co. Galway. Applicants must be enthusiastic and self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service, along with possessing excellent attention to detail. Experience in a similar role within a Café / Restaurant / Deli operation is essential. Responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service. Rotation of stock. Prepare food to a high standard. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety. Comply with all Health & Safety Regulations including HACCP procedures. Operating the tills. All other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the Deli Department. Experience Required: To have a minimum of 6/12 months experience in a Deli/sandwich bar / cafe. HACCP Trained. To be passionate in terms of customer service and have a love for the food industry. Personal Qualities/Skills: Enthusiastic, customer-focused, friendly and hardworking. Punctual.
