My clients has an opening for 2 Financial Services Administrators with fluent Spanish and English. Your job would be to provide back office administrative and customer service support to the International Operations from their Waterford office. As the team will be supporting International Operations, the successful candidate will be required to work shift work on a rotational basis that may rotate between 9:30am - 10.00pm. Main Accountabilities. Communicates effectively with our customers through e mail, inbound and outbound calls. Daily process of all transactions such as new account set up, maintenances and withdrawals. Makes outbound calls to clarify customer requests if necessary. Completes written customer correspondence when necessary. Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved. Escalates issues to management when needed. Education/Experience. Diploma/BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of customer service / financial services experience. Fluent in Spanish and English.
