Quantity Surveyor - Intermediate/Senior – Carpentry/Joinery – Ruislip. Our client is a highly skilled carpentry and joinery contractor with over 30 years’ experience. They now seek a Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate/ Senior) to join them permanently, based in Ruislip. Responsibilities and Duties. • Estimating. • Pricing variations. • Weekly cost analysis. • Valuations. • Buying. • Final account meetings. • Site visits to do progress reports. Qualifications and Skills: • Ideally a third level qualification or similar within in Quantity Surveying / Construction. • Carpentry, Joinery or Fit Out experience a distinct bonus but not essential.
