HR Graduate. Are you a HR Graduate looking to move into a role that will give you all round HR Experience? If so, our award-winning client in the Hospitality sector has a requirement for a HR Graduate to join their team. They are Quality Employer Award winners of 2019. The position is Full-time Permanent and based in Co. Cavan with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Job Overview. The role will involve assisting the HR team in the development and consistent implementation of the overall HR strategy while gaining exposure on all aspects of Human Resource Activities. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with all aspects of HR administration, processing and preparing daily/weekly reports in a timely and accurate manner within tight deadlines. Supporting the recruitment & selection process including advertising vacancies, telephone screening, interviewing, reference checks, preparing contracts, delivering induction training, co-ordinating Professional & Statutory training development programmes, Assisting with the implementation of a Staff App and Assisting updating the content on the App after implementation. Assisting the HR Team with all Employee relation matters. Updating and maintaining all personnel information, training, time and attendance systems for all employees including assisting with payroll processing. Co-ordinating employee uniforms, employee recreation areas, Employee apartments, conducting reviews and assisting with daily employee queries. Requirements: Qualification in Human Resources Management. Good understanding of all aspects of Human Resources. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and can build relationships with employees and the Management Team. Proven to have excellent administration skills, Proficiency in Word & Excel essential. Strong organisational and planning skills with an ability to work on own initiative. Good understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, employment law and related legislation.
