Our client is seeking to hire a strong Accounts administration person with customer facing experience for this busy role. This is a 6 month FTC full-time position based in Galway. In the role - you will have a portfolio of clients and have full responsible for their accounting details. You will be creating accounts, issuing invoices, confirming and processing payments, chasing outstanding debts and handling the administration of each account. This will be carried out via the phone and also email. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1 years' phone sales and administration experience. Must be able to confidently handle multiple phone lines and have a courteous pleasant phone manner and have good customer rapport. Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. Flexible self-starter with a "Can Do" work ethic. Excellent communication skills.
