Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor. Dublin. €negotiable + package + pension etc. Our client is one of the largest and most respected building contractors in Ireland, with offices nationwide and abroad. They are looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their management team, based on a multi million industrial project in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 7yrs + experience on large scale Process, Pharma, or Datacentre projects ideally (not essential), and will hold a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or Building Services. This is a full time and permanent role with the company. Roles & Responsibilities Procurement of Sub Contractor & Supplier Packages. Creation of Client Progress Applications. Measurement and Valuations. Variation Measurement, Valuation & Control. Interrogating the design. Cost Monitoring and Control. Managing Sub- Contractor & Major Supplier Accounts. Assiting in Client Account Management. Reporting and Interfacing with Commercial Team. Participating in Value Engineering Workshops. Reporting Experience. Create Cashflow Projections. Assisting in Contract Administration. Track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract M&E cost management services. Negotiating Final Accounts. Client focused attitude and approach.
