Logistics and Customer Services Administrator - Dublin (Citywest. Main tasks and responsibilities of this role: Enter sales orders for shipments to all customers. Generate pick lists for all sales orders and Warehouse Transfer orders where the Business Partner is set to use Consolidated Pick lists. Generate all of the required shipping documents & invoices for the above. Delivery and collection scheduling and dealing with carriers/hauliers/subcontractors and third parties. Ensure all specific shipping instructions of the customer are fulfilled in a timely manner. Ensure all Customer Shipping notes and customs clearance tariffs are fully up to date in a clear and concise manner. Perform all activities associated with Customs Clearance when required. Ensure all customer inquiries by email or phone are responded to timely and professionally. Work with internal departments and overseas partners to ensure the department is proactive in providing a quality operational performance. Prepare and issue invoices for freight costs. Processing of accounts payable invoices and payments. Ensure all ISO9002 documents are kept up to date. Interested applicants should have: Experience in customer services, general administration and accounts payable. Interested applicants should have customs clearance and freight forwarding experience.
