Fexco Managed Business and Solutions Outsourcing (MBSO) are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join their team based in Killorglin, Co. Kerry ona 12 monthfixed term, full timecontractbasis. Job Purpose. At Fexco we are committed to providing the highest quality customer service. The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is the main point of contact for Prize Bonds existing and potentially new customers. The key purpose of the job is to support customers by providing a superior level of assistance and service in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be available to be scheduled to work 39 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and flexible to work Saturdays when required. The Prize Bond Operation in Killorglin is certified to the ISO 27001 Security Standard.Due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the material that Prize Bonds staff have access to, employees are required to comply with data protection legislation relating to handling of personal information and all Prize Bonds security policies. Main responsibilities. Provide exemplary Customer Service to all Prize Bonds customers ensuring all Service Levels are met. Manage telephone, e-mail and letter enquiries in a professional manner. Take ownership of customer query/request resulting in efficient first time resolution wherever possible. Be quality focused with attention to detail at all times. Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs. Liaise and communicate at all business levels with internal and external customers. Be a team player in a fast paced change management environment. Participate in general department activities and ad hoc projects when necessary. Use initiative to highlight process and system improvements to your Team Leader. Meet/exceed the agreed K.P.I’s set by the business. Qualifications/Experience needed. Previous experience of working to Key Performance Indicators. Previous experience in a similar role advantageous. Competencies Required. An ability to demonstrate previous relevant experience within a customer services environment. Ability to use own initiative and also contribute effectively as part of a high performing team. Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to change. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven strong problem-solving and decision making skills. Have the proven ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast paced environment. An ability to achieve all operational targets without compromising on Quality of Service. Knowledge of MS-Office Professional suite of products. Excellent keyboard skills and accurate typing speed. Ability to comprehend and navigate systems quickly is essential.
