Legal Administrator (Graduate. Cpl are currently seeking a Legal Administrator for a three month contract in a high profile public sector client of ours in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Administrative career within a leading company. The ideal candidate will have an legal background and excellent attention to detail. Location is 15 minutes from the City Centre. Duties: Managing documentation of a confidential nature. Database management. Data entry. Answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls. Drafting letters, managing emails. Managing excel sheets. Manual and electronic filing. Other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: 2 years + experience working in a Legal or Administrative role. Legal graudate or experience working on legal documentation. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail. Excellent MS Office skills. High level Excel is required. Immediately available.
