The main functions of the Property Registration Authority are to manage and control the Land Registry and Registry of Deeds and to promote and extend the registration of ownership of land.     Reporting to an Examiner of Titles, the Property Registration Legal Specialist will be responsible for examination, investigation and decision making in relation to applications including First Registrations and Adverse Possession cases for registration of legal titles to property.     The successful candidates must be admitted and enrolled as a Solicitor or Barrister in the State and have significant experience and considerable knowledge of the Irish conveyancing process and the wider conveyancing environment. They will also have demonstrated a capacity for innovative thinking as well as project leadership and management capability.
