Banqueting Manager - Midlands. A Four Star Hotel and Spa based in the Midlands is looking to recruit a Banqueting Manager to join their busy and dynaminc team. Key Requirements: Experience in a similar role. Managing the delivery of services across multiple function rooms. Implement high standards and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Be target driven and ambitious. Creative and imaginative in terms of menus and presentation. Computer literate with experience of using emails, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Expereince with the running of weddings and large events. Ideal Candidate: Hands on approach to their work. Experience in the day to day operations of a high volume hotel. Motivating and managing a team to deliver the highest level of service and standards.
