We are currently recruiting experienced Human Resources Manager for a 4* Hotel in Co Sligo, this is a beautiful property in a central location. The role is available on a permanent basis and the HR Manager will take full responsibility for HR function including training, mentoring, recruitment, wellbeing etc. Ideal candidate will have 3/4 years 4/5* Hotel HR management experience, will be somebody who thrives on innovation and working in an inclusive team environment. Candidates are required to have the following: • 3rd Level Qualification in HR/Business or related discipline. • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification. • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position. • Strong working knowledge of HR & IT systems. • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
