Import Pharmaceuticals as Sales Manager to lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Account Managers, Field Sales Representatives and Sales Support Executives. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director the successful candidate will have. overall responsibility for. Planning and delivering overall sales strategy. Leading the sales function within the business. Managing and mentoring athe sales team. Implement L&D processes where applicable. Requirements. Experience managing sales teams. FMCG or Pharma sales experience. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience of CRM systems. Package. Basic Salary in the region of €50k DOE. €12K OTE. PRSA. On site parking.
