A Head of Sales is required by a well known multi-national Freight & Logistics provider. The company are a long established market leader with a client focus built on satisfaction, quality and innovation. As a valued member of the senior management team, you will be challenged with building a high-performing growth culture within the Air Ocean Sales team (7 direct reports) as you implement the companies sales strategy. This will include leading the team in the evaluation and development of new business as well as working with the key account managers to increase sales within existing customers.
