My client a leading corporate firm currently have requirements for strong payroll candidates to join their growing team. You must be IPASS qualified and have 2 years or stronger payroll experience. You will build relationships with clients and specifically will work with the Senior Manager on the team in dealing with some of the more complex aspects of payroll delivery, in conjunction with Employment Tax colleagues. RESPONSIBILITIES. •Quality review of client payrolls processed by payroll specialists. •Adherence to payroll processes and procedures and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced processes and procedures. •Process and submit Revenue returns on behalf of clients in line with Revenue deadlines; •Build strong relationships with clients through regular interaction. •Close interaction with employment tax team. •Assist the Payroll Managers in the completion of internal risk management documentation; •Accurately record daily timesheets and ensure accurate billing of clients; •Assist Managers in responding to new client enquiries where required; •Provide support to other members of the team as required; •Coaching and supporting the development of junior staff; REQUIREMENTS. •IPASS qualification is a must. •Strong Leaving Certificate; •Third level qualification desirable but not essential; •Employment tax or accounting qualification desirable. •2 years strong payroll exposure.
