A leading Plant and Tool Hire company in Ireland is currently seeking applications for the position of Site Sales Manager . Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager this role will be covering the Dublin Region. The ideal candidate must have sales experience in a construction and tool Hire environment. Duties and Responsibilities. Call to all new / existing construction sites in Dublin Region to win new business. Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Follow up any potential leads given to you by your team. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback. Experience. Sales experience in a construction and tool hire environment is essential. Candidate Profile. Exceptional customer service experience. Strong communication skills. Negotiation skills. Knowledge of local markets. Results Driven. Remuneration. Dublin based role. Hours of work are Monday- Friday 08.00am- 17.30pm. Salary DOE - Competitive. Company Vehicle, Laptop and Mobile.
