The Sales Coordinator will support the sales function by: Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team. Ensure the sales team have sufficient quantities of sales support material such as product samples, brochures, presentations, data and case studies. Maintain an accurate database of account details and report in opportunities and sales using Salesforce.com. Produce Sales reports and prepare presentations. Evaluate the performance of salespeople. Evaluate and track the performance of new enquiries. Coordinate monthly sales goals and targets across the team. Liaising between the sales department and clients. Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure customer's issues are resolved in a timely manner. Effectively track the progress of the sales cycle from enquiry to production order. The success Sales Coordinator will have fluent written and spoken English and German. Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential with strong administration. Experience using Salesforce as crm is a distinct advantage. Must be able to multi-task, plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
