Internal Sales Manager - FMCG. This is an exciting opportunity with an innovative Irish company providing solutions to the retail industry. You will oversee an inside sales team and liaise with our field based reps to provide a best in class service to our clients. €50-60k plus bonus. On a day to day the job entails: Lead the sales function towards achieving KPIs, targets and strategic goals on a monthly basis. Coach and mentor the team to achieve success. Plan and deliver a sales strategy in line with company commercial goals. Liaise closely with internal purchasing and warehousing. Work closely with key customers to support them in a busy market. Skills required: 5 years leadership or management experience in a fast paced sales environment. Comfortable in a player-manager role. Excellent communicator and motivator.
