We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie or Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team. This ideal candidate must be passionate about food and providing an excellent customer experience. This role will suit an energetic individual who is willing to learn & can work well in a team as well as on own initiative. The candidate must have the ability to deliver a high level of service in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have some level of experience in the catering industry and be looking to use this position to advance their culinary career. Responsibilities: To match the ambition of the current team of Chefs. To ensure a very high standard of food is consistently produced. Ensuring that your section is fully prepped for service. Follow HACCP controls and procedures. Requirements: Ambitious with a willingness to learn. Work Weekends.
