Job Description: Drive efficiencies and manage cost-benefit analysis. Enhance HR systems and strive for continuous improvement. Lead Training & Development delivery. Performance Management. Employee engagement initiatives. Additional Project Management as required. Requirements: Degree in HR, CIPD qualified. 7-10 years professional HR experience. Previous experience in a large company, in a fast paced environment. Excellent ability to multitask and prioritise. Excellent track record of achievement. Project Management experience. TUPE experience is desirable. Excellent commercial acumen. Adaptable, dynamic and hardworking. Experience as a leader in a customer focused business.
