HR Generalist. Our client, a leading hospitality industry organisation in Clare are currently seeking a HR Generalist with previous experience responsible for a full suite of HR activities in the exciting, fast-paced hospitality environment. This position will report to the HR Manager. Job Description: Day-to-day HR practices. Compliance with legislation. Employee wellbeing initiatives. Full recruitment cycle. Social media maintenance. HR Systems administration. Other projects as required. Job Requirements: 3-5 years experience in HR role within the Hospitality industry. Degree in Human Resource Management. CIPD accreditation and Irish Employment Law Diploma desired. Strong experience in recruitment. Strong HR systems experience, timepoint desirable. Driven, energetic and positive. Ability to handle difficult situations. Ability to multitask. Full, clean driving license with own car.
