Job Overview: We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Limerick. This role is suited to an experienced recruiter - someone who can demonstrate success in previous roles. Networking, developing relationships, business development, sourcing and matching candidates, problem-solving, facilitation, communication and influencing skills are all key to this role. You need creativity, imagination and determination. The ideal candidate will be an established generalist with a minimum of one year's proven billing experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Network to identify new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience. Have an active Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts. Formulate and manage national recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities. Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation. Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. Skills & Competencies: Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Recruitment Industry in Ireland/Europe. Strong Commercial awareness. Experience in working in a Commercial division would be a distinct advantage. Account management skills. Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
