Working in picturesque locations of North Dublin, this job involves working with management and department heads to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel. Salary up to €32,000. Training and managing staff to ensure adherence to hotel SOPs, HACCP, etc. Job Requirements: 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
