Immediate contract requirement for a Business Analyst with experience working in an Agile environment to work with a global leader in the financial services sector to support them to deliver on their business goals within their digital experience tribe. Skills required. At least 3 years as a Business Analyst. Agile Certified highly desirable. Experienced in Jira. Good technical exposure, experienced working in an agile environment. Mix of capability across business analysis, test and development. Previous experience working in mobile digital team supporting mobile applications. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work across all organisational levels and at a global scale. Customer focused, innovative. The role. Partner with squad team to maintain a backlog of opportunities according to business value or KPIs. Create epics and stories, Participate in agile ceremonies – daily standups, sprint planning meetings and demos. Work closely with UX to define optimal user experience for features.
