An international logistics company now wish to hire a Logistics Coordinator based in Dublin 11. They are looking to strengthen their team in order to facilitate our growth plans for this division over the next 3 to 5 years, Full on the job training will be provided to the suitable candidate along with external certified training where appropriate. Duties & Responsibilities. Dealing with customers on a daily basis regarding pricing and routing on a worldwide. scale encompassing the full range of modes (Road / Sea / Air. Follow-up of customers’ shipments to ensure they are being carried out to the. appropriate standard. Liaising with suppliers and partner agents to ensure all work carried out on behalf of. the Freight Forwarding division is to the required standard. Manage the flow of day-to-day operations within their area. Ensure all Billing and Accurate Costings are complete at Month End. Create reports to update the management on specific project progress where. necessary. Distribute timely reports to the appropriate customers as required. Ensure all KPI’s are up to the standard required. General administration. Required Skills. Desire to deliver ‘Best in Class’ solutions to our customers, which drive real benefits to their supply chain. Excellent Level of Azyra is essential. Good Industry knowledge. Good Level of Excel Reporting. Quality focused with strong attention to detail. Good Time Management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential. Enjoy working with data and meeting deadlines. Able to work with minimal supervision. Flexibility. Terms: Full time, permanent.
