Salary: €25,000 - €28,000. A financial services provider based in Dublin 4 is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their Auto Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years banking experience as well as their APA qualification. Responsibilities: Answering a number of calls per day. Action customer requests i.e. change of bank details, due date requests, change of address, statements etc. Logging and dealing with customer complaints both verbal & written. Ensure that all customer complaints are accurately recorded and that they are dealt with in accordance with our complaints procedure. Process direct debit mandates received and update bank details. Quote settlements to customers and dealers and pass on potential sales leads to the Sales Team. Manually take payments via debit card facility re: settlements/payments and arrears. Process cheque lodgements daily. Weekly/daily review of the various reports to ensure refunds are processed in the timeframe required. Action the customer service diary on a daily basis. Action emails received to the customer service inbox. Skills, Experience & Education: 1 years’ experience in banking/financial services. APA/QFA diploma. Proficient in MS Office suite.
