Responsibilities of QA Technical Support Specialist Job: Provide overall quality direction for key functional areas such as Process Development, Validation, Quality Control, Supply Chain, Engineering and Information Systems. Act as Quality point of contact and decision maker during New Product Introductions, Technology Transfer and Process Validation activities whilst adhere to all regulatory requirements. Review and approve validation documents, including Master-plans, protocols, reports and active participation during earlier phases of process design. Direct Quality and input at Change Control and Deviation Review Boards. Write, review and approve SOP's in accordance with policies and procedures. Review and approval of Master Batch Records. Quality SME reviewers/approvers for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with site and corporate procedures. Perform all activities in accordance with safety standards and SOPs. Requirements of QA Technical Support Specialist Job: BSc in Engineering/ Science or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar QA Technical Support role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience in NPI's, technology transfer and process validation activities.
