A leading distributor of Farm Machinery in Ireland is currently seeking applications for the position of Website Administrator . Reporting to the Parts Director this role would best suit somebody living in the Dublin, Kildare, Meath counties. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of website management/IT or marketing and an interest or background in Farming. Duties and Responsibilities. Responsibility for setting up new products and ensuring all new information is updated on website/online store. Responsibility for category management. Ability to manage complex discount groups and Customer databases. Managing the image catalogue for web and making sure it's up to date. Taking photos and editing of images on photoshop (or equivalent. Managing the Website platform (Sana Commerce) to include liaising with internal staff and Customers when encountering issues or problems. Troubleshooting issues and liaising with the necessary IT providers to resolve. Analysing sales on Online Store and liaising with purchasing department accordingly. Re organising the Online Store and its layout in accordance to the season. Input into new designs, ideas and campaigns for the future. Working with our IT providers (ERP, Website Developers, CRM system provider etc.) with problems and future development. Database management on ERP and MS Dynamics CRM. A small amount of graphic design and advertisement development in conjunction with the Marketing Director. Responsibility for updating the website with supplied copy, imagery and other media. Updating Social media where required. Experience. Third Leve Degree in Marketing/IT/Agri or related. Experience in database and Website management. Proficient in Ms Office (Outlook, Word), Advanced levels of using Excel. CRM MS Dynamics, MS NAV experience would be an advantage but not essential but would need to prove that you have worked on similar platforms. Candidate Profile. Proven ability to work independently. Good attention to detail and highly accurate. Organised, methodical and thorough in all work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Motivated and proactive. An interest in Agriculture, Machinery and parts would help in this role. Proven ability to work under pressure and with large volume of workloads. Remuneration. Office based role.
